Vinny has been asking us to buy him toys quite often, and being the mean parents that we are, we told him "no". If he wants new toys, he would have to earn the money himself. So, while we decided to have a garage sale this weekend, Vinny decided to sell lemonade and cookies. Thanks to Auntie Jenny who gave Vinny this fabulous pre-made drink stand earlier in the year for playtime! It came in so handy! All we had to do was post some prices and he was in business. He had several customers and was quite the salesman (hmmm, where does he get that)? He lasted a full two and half hours before he closed up shop!

So, did he make enough money to buy a new toy??? Sally
Yes, Vinny made about 8.50. Not bad for two hours work. We took him to Target last night. He picked out a set of Army men...now he is playing "Army".....

Great work Vinny!! But if you were a really GREAT salesman you would have came up to Elk River. Jeff hits the lemonade pretty hard up in our neck of the woods. Maybe next time...We miss you guys!

You da man Vinny. Your Gramma Diana and her sister Olivia got all the toys at our house. I worked at a very young age too. Life is not fair but...enjoy your OWN toys kid.
